• Interact with captured content through AI-powered chat

• Receive study reminders and notifications

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Glass Notes ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Glass Notes and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data before account deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glass Notes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a sole source of information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden. For EU consumers, this does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
